I sent him an email at 10:30 p.m., not expecting an answer until the next day and he responded 30 minutes later. He takes an honest, objective look at your social media accounts, lays out a plan, and helps get everything optimized. He did a great job setting up our website. He has also been extremely helpful with issues we have had with our google plus account and he made setting up our new gmail for business account super easy.
