Overall Feedback:

I requested a quote for multiple policies and when it was time to review the owner blew me off twice and never returned my messages. Not a good way to do business. The ladies in the Tewksbury MA office are very nice and pleasant but the owner's email and phone etiquette are very questionable. I am not doing business with Byette insurance any longer and feel that f the owner does not respond now, what would happen if I had a claim and needed his help?
