The internet has been working perfectly and awesome customer service (They sent me a follow up email concerning how it's working right after a month the service started). The technician came right on time (a super friendly guy) and totally saved me from the misery AT&T put me through. Do you know how ridiculous it is that it takes two weeks for AT&T, a huge company like that to send a person just to set the internet up?I am so glad that i canceled my order with AT&T and switched to ByteLaunch. I was using AT&T when I was in Miami and the service went down at least once a month and not to mention the unreasonable installation fee at the beginning.Also, you don't have to sign any contract at all! I couldn't be happier with ByteLaunch!
