My sister lives in Az and sent 4 cards from this store in the past few months. The cards contained cash for birthdays and money we loaned her. Three of the cards never arrived the 4th one did but was ripped open and taped back up. I contacted the manager and he said he had a pretty good idea who this might be, and he would call me back. He did call and said without any proof there wasn't anything he could do. The young girl who helped my sister still works there, please beware and do not send cash or anything of value from this store.

I went into this store to ship a package overnight express. I paid extra for this service and was told it would get to my destination by noon the next day. It did not get there until much later in the day. My recipient had to cancel business appointments in order to wait for this package to be delivered. When I went into this UPS Store to inquire about a refund, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. UPS used to stand for something, now they just want your money. Be wary about shipping through a UPS Store, this one in particular.

Sent a card special delivery & over night paid $15 ...just talked to friend... No delivery!!!! Will never use this store again...

Not good!! I asked for my mail to be sent overnight to my other home address and I did not receive it. When I asked about it I was told it was not sent out when I requested because "they didn't have time".That is an unacceptable response. Please get it together!

Had a package dropped off at 1030am on a Saturday expecting it to go out even was told delivered Tuesday or Wednesday when paid for. Yet my package sat and didn't even get a label printed till the end of the day monday. So it sat there for 3 days and 2 nights before ever even showing up on tracking due to it not ever being entered or scanned in till Monday night. That is poor service right there. I could have had my package shipped at usps Saturday and it would already have arrived. No reason for a paid for package sitting there till Monday night. Even if last pickup was missed (even though package was dropped off at 1030am) it should have went out first thing Monday morning. Not last thing Monday night. Waste of money. US Postal service from now on. Oh yea and usps only charges 23.00 for next day ups wanted 75.00. What a rip off.

i live in the neighborhood and frequent this place when sending packages. today i needed copies of flyers for my missing dog made and was greeted and waited on by a sincere young gentlemen. this place has ample parking, easy to get in and out of, possible store is too oblong in shape. but i've most always received great service like i have today throughout the years. consistency is vital to any business wanting to flourish. i appreciate this place and feel it's good for the neighborhood.
