TelerX on Pullman is a horrible job to have if you expect to have professional team leaders or respectful workplace. They definitely play favorite I saw a female employee get hired and promoted because she had a friend that worked in the management department. The supervisor in charge of the company we took calls for let go of people that did the job correctly and would keep the ones that would trash customers over the calls. Stay away from this place if you are looking for a professional work environment!
