Callistus Smith Agency has been my business Insurer for 3 years. I was first introduced to them by several referrals. Our business was new and Insurance is not my area of expertise. I soon found out that I was in very capable and professional hands with , as I refer to them as My Family. They educated me and walked me through all areas of business insurance and pitfalls to avoid. I never waited to get a response form their office ,and believe me they are patient.I was just learning what I needed to launch into business. I could not have done it without their help. Ashley Watkins is phenomenal to work with! She's always responsive and provides the information I need in a quick turnaround time. When Rita Boehm was retiring, I was worried, but Ashley's service has been such that we haven't skipped a beat. Everyone I deal with at Callistus Smith has been nothing but great and they keep me loyal to the agency. And believe me, I've been solicited many times. Keep up the great work!
