I have been living in Camden Brickell for more than 6 years now and I definitely consider this place as my home. First of all, they have an amazing team. Luis Diaz is the best maintenance technician anyone could wish for; he is punctual, always in a good mood, efficient at his work AND he even fixed some issues in my home for which I didn’t request any service! Moreover, he is one of the only staff member that has been there from the beginning of my time with Camden and therefore, I consider him as a kind of “icon” of the building, without even exaggerating. Eve Jacobson, who works with the rental department, is also an amazing person who is always willing to help and improve the renter experience with Camden, and she is certainly doing an outstanding job. There are many other people from the staff that I have learnt to appreciate over my time here and it’s always difficult to see them leave or being transferred. Camden also has many amenities such as a beautiful pool, a complete gym or the office with computers and a printer, and they are constantly trying to improve the quality of life here by renovating the building design and adding attractive features as they did recently with the two giant BBQ grills made available to the residents. Finally, the location of the building couldn’t have been better: in the heart of the dynamic Brickell neighborhood with so many restaurants, bars and shopping centers less than a minute away. It even has 5 restaurants and 2 bars that are literally part of the building! Camden is also close from the Metrorail station (1 minute), LA Fitness (1 minute) and Publix (2 minutes). I strongly recommend Camden for anyone looking for an apartment in Brickell!
