I ultimately decided to go with this great community due to the location, staff and the great apartment. Grant was great about keeping in contact with me and making sure I was happy with the process from start to finish.

Great move in experience. Grant Modlin was great to work with. Moved to Tampa from NY. Found the apartment online. Happy to find out the pictures online looked exactly the same in person. Would definitely recommend the complex and Grant. He made the transition very easy!!

Moving is never an easy process but Grant made it such a relaxing and amazing experience for us! He made us feel right at home. He has the personality of someone you’ve know for years which is such a wonderful feeling when moving into a new place where you don’t really know anyone.
