Client Review on Camellia Hotel

With a few adjustments, this can be a great place. We had a really mixed experience, but let me start with the positives. The rooms are spacious and clean, the driver we hired through the hotel was super nice, the location is ok, and I had a great time spending an evening with some of the staff after a soccer game. Unfortunately, we also experienced a multitude of small annoyances which contributed to some serious frustration. I really don’t like to complain, so I don’t want to harp on them. So if there is one suggestion I can make, it’s that the young lady working at the front desk needs some serious retraining. Many of the issues were because she seemed oblivious to the workings of the hotel (such as not knowing how to operate the safe, real difficulties with language, and charging our credit card three times for an additional 300 dollars without knowing how to refund it).
