Feedback:

I have learned that Cameron Mutual is an insurance company that takes pride in what they do and makes sure claims are handled quickly and always has the insured's best interest in mind. Five stars without a doubt!

The best insurance companies in the Midwest doggedly take care of their customers and stick to the Align too many variables I will do their best to accommodate I can say anything better they have got to be the best insurance company I've dealt with my 57 years of life

I don’t think this company knows how to answer the phone, but they know how to call out. It’s very frustrating when trying to figure out what’s going on after filing a claim. Going on a week now and just signing papers to get s check released. When I had State Farm I would have left the same day with a check in hand. Should have never switched companies. The only reason I gave two stars is because they “usually” email back quickly. But sometimes it’s just easier to talk to them on the phone. I had to call today 4 times just to get someone to answer the phone. And I’ve been waiting 2 days now for an email response. Which is the reasoning behind the “usually”.

Avoid this company at all costs. I have had to deal with many insurance companys over the years and have never found one this bad. I have a damage claim with them and they tried to pay half the damage amount so I went to several shops and had estimates written and all of them were double the amount Kyle Robirds and this company tried to settle with me for. Now after I proved they had in fact tried to scam me they went to the excuse our adjuster (same guy who wrote the cheap estimate) has to meet with the shop an settle on a amount. I may be crazy but why would I take the guys word they pay over the unbiased body shops who all agreed on the damage amount. As of today when I'm writing this Kyle and this poor excuse for a company are still trying to get their adjuster involved to lower the damage amount on the vehicle. Just know if you have a claim get totally fair estimates from professionals Cameron and Kyle will try an find any way to lower the fair price and try to strong arm you until you take it. Needless to say I'm not taking it and have sent my complaint to the insurance commission and will retain a attorney to make sure they pay the fair amount in damages.

Absolutely horrible. I’m going on almost two most with them waiting for the to hand a claim from when one of the drivers totaled my car. Employees are often rude and not helpful what so ever and have caused my experience to be the biggest hassle. I would not recommend doing ANY business with this company.

Run!!!! Don't walk away from this insurance company!!! I have been a customer for over 8 years and never had to make a claim until now. This led to 2 calls from a claims agent that lasted for a total of 45 minutes of her arguing like a child and had to be right on everything. I felt like I was being made a mockery of on everything I stated. So needless to say a very small claim I was making turned into a whole ordeal of how they couldn't cover it even though the policy states it does. I am switching insurance companies as of this righting and strongly suggest to anyone to not do business with these people because when you need them they won't have your back. I refuse to do business with a company that argues on what the right thing to do is.

This is a deceptive company. I tried to call them for 6 months to give a statement and they stated my mail box was always full when they tried to call. I work weekend nights and am always available during normal buisiness hours. In Pleasant View AR I stopped at the only 4 way stop in the city and a local hit me at 40mph in the rear. Witnesses galore and never willing to take my statement. They claim I was off the road b/c his R front hit my L rear. If you were traveling 40mph at a stopped vehicle would you not veer left, away from your face, to avoid a direct impact. Your nature would not be to veer right, placing your body more directly into the impact. Do the people at Cameron Mutual actually drive or understand the nature of the person about to run into something. You turn away from the greatest danger every time. Plan for trouble and dishonesty with this company. Fraudulent dishonest insurance practices.

Absolute thieves. I have had this company for 4 years. Not any claims. I noticed after awhile I had water damage in the ceiling of my closet I called to make a claim. At first they were quick to have someone look at the damage. The gentleman that looked only looked at the closet for a second. Looked at the roof and left. Never looked in the attic. I was not home at the time. I asked my wife to have him call me before he left to find out what he said the issue is. I work for a roofing company and already knew what the issue was. I had my company make the repairs before the gentleman had come due to rain in the next couple days but obviously took before and after photos . As my wife asked him to call me he told my wife to tell me to call him and left. Never heard from them for a month and a half until today after leaving multiple messages and ending up having to talk to a supervisor to get the guy handling my claim to call. 2 hours later he calls. after I finally got him on the phone he tells me that the paperwork on my claim that I have been looking for magically happens to just show back up at their office and they will send it again. He tells me they do not cover mold. I get the mold thing as most insurance companies do not cover mold but as for the saturated insulation, completely new fire chimney roof cap, damaged rafters that were never looked at and the entirely new ceiling I have to put in. It’s a bit frustrating to pay for insurance and not get any responses or reasoning other than because I didn’t notice my ceiling wet in my dark closet until recently and mold has developed I am not covered. Apparently it was explained to me you have to call in before mold develops and it isn’t considered storm damage if there isn’t hail or wind damage. At the end I fired them. It’s sad there are companies steeling people’s money with no repercussions. I work hard for my money. Not these people. I do not recommend at all. Look for an honest company. I would put no stars but there isn’t that option.
