Overall Feedback:

Brand new facility built with 7 lanes - have never seen more than 3 open. Typically they have 1 lane open, sometimes 2. Traffic backs up very quickly on the bridge and you find yourself waiting 30 minutes in line for would should have been a 5-10 minute wait.
