Disrespect and ignorance should not be rewarded and, as such, I am giving your company a 1 star rating. Your public response to Charlotte was rude and offensive and you should be ashamed of yourself.Instead of accepting her honest criticism and correcting your poor behaviour, you chose to insult and defame her in a public space. This demonstrates that you are not ready to learn and grow as a person. Unless you shed this immaturity, your company will also remain stunted.
