It was a miss from us. The house we rented was dirty, smelly, old fashioned, the appliances were old and dirty. Oven was unusable. The cleaning wasn't done thoroughly, the house in general needed serious upkeeping and updating. It was a disaster and extremelly overpriced. We didn't have a problem with the people in the office but a major one with the house.

I wish I can leave a ZERO Star. Really bad customer service. The house was very dirty, also the furniture looks dirty and smell so bad. We got our keys around 2:45 pm and we got to the house. It was a miss!! After 40 minutes the crew came in to clean the house and stated that nobody told them anything about cleaning our house. They did a very quick light clean up and took off because they were running behind schedule. The garage door can't be close because the luck is broken. The kitchen cabinets make you vomit!! disgusting smell and dirt. When we call the agency to complain about this nightmare and our lost of time, the person in charge from CAPE COD OCEANVIEW REALTY did not want to listen to us and tried to give us umprofetional excuses and then when she couldn't convince us she then transfer us to the owner of the house or the person in charge who was rude and threatened us to call the police if we don't leave the house by 10 am on Sunday. This is the worse vacation we had so far. $2500/week to rent a dirty smelly old house with old furniture that are good for trash. on the top nasty people to deal with. This is a message for everyone, STAY AWAY from these people if you don't want to ruin your vacation. It's an friendly advice and NOT an Order. There are plenty of good clean places to enjoy. Thanks for sharing!

My husband and I rented a house summer 2018 in Orleans and Anthony Collins was very helpful in finding a place to stay. He gave us great options. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for the week. It was a very smooth process and we would definitely rent with them again.
