Very nice rooms, with plenty of space if that's what you need. The pool is a bonus. Could use more space for hanging up towels after shower + beach + pool days though!

It is a cute place but there were plugs that didn’t work so there wasn’t enough light in the room. When there are 4 adults you need 4 towels and wash clothes. The view of the bay was beautiful ! Needs a firepit.

This hotel is small, clean, and conveniently right between Wellfleet and Provincetown. For its location, it is quite reasonably priced. Its up on a hill with a lovely view, and set back enough from route 6 to be unbothered by traffic. A pleasant, comfortable stay.

Stayed for Labor Day weekend in a deluxe room. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Room was large, kitchen had everything, grounds were clean, and staff was very friendly! The location is perfect for day trips to Provincetown, the beach, or hike trails! I can't wait to go back!

First time staying here but won’t be the last! Great location close to Provincetown and both bay and National Seashore beaches. Quiet, clean, beautiful sunsets and nice staff. Looking forward to a return visit.
