I just had to take this time out to to stop and give a BIG THANK YOU to how you run your ship and for knowing how to pick some really great employees!! ?EVERYBODY at the East Colonial branch have ALL been so SUPPORTIVE and give GREAT assistance in times of need and concern and questions.Stephanie, in particular, shows so much concern like if I was her sister (on the phone or in person) and is always so CHIPPER and I just love that about her! ? Even when I'm confused about stuff and need a more detailed explanation EVERYBODY has always taken the time to make sure that I was not confused anymore but without ever being disrespectful or making me feel stupid as other customer service people unfortunately do at other companies.That's just what makes your staff so much more special and stands out in the crowd because you all know what it means to us to get GOOD Customer Service but you guys go the extra mile and even add "GOOD Customer CARE" ... and I Thank You!Sincerely,choozluv?*

Very poor, need to watch this company very closely. I bought my home on July 10, 2010. Later, I found that this company charged my morgage company for insurance starting May 2010. I didn't own a home at that time. I brought to their attention 3 times. First 2 times they said they would look into it. The 3rd time they said that it was too late, that there was nothing that they could do about it, that I should have let them know sooner.
