They are polite and that's about it. They are no help. I am in the process of getting my home in my name. I get insurance on my home. I pay that insurance for several months only to find out that the whole time the policy is still under my wife's grandmother's name who has been deceased for a couple years. I try to get it changed and had to jump through several hoops. I also got health insurance through them and that has been a headache from the start. I call to get that fixed and no one is there to help me. Can't stand this company. Gonna start looking elsewhere
