This place gave me my daughter on New Year's Eve! How could I give it anything less than 5 Stars! I had some complications and they were very helpful! The parking seems to be better now with the multi level parking garage.

This is the slowest er Ive ever been to in my life. I know the er is not a fast pace setting but I shouldn’t be sitting here all day for them to tell me nothing is wrong and to go home when I’m still in pain after 12 hours. I wouldn’t come back if I was in real pain like that ever again!!

This place has the WORST services. Some of the employees are rude and disgusting. The policies that are set in place makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I wish I could give a zero because a 1 star is to nice.

First off, Darnall labor and delivery floor is great!!! However, the ER side is horrendous! They need some serious overhauling! The staff are very rude. They have a lack of customer service and quality of care. Which is pretty sad when this is what’s available for the men and women who give there lives to fight for this country. The very people who are providing such horrible care could care less. Just be prepared You will be at the ER for 4+ hours just to be seen by a nurse before any treatment is given. Beware if it’s an actual emergency!

I am 20 weeks pregnant, and been having a hard time breathing, and sharp pains in my right side, I went to the er waited about 40 min and they never sent me to the Delivery area like they were suppose to and when I said I was going to leave to be seen at another hospital they said they didnt care and I could leave. I understand they cant make you stay but it's very disrespectful when the nurse says she doesnt care! This place needs to be fixed.

This place is the worst ever. I checked into ER and of course, there was 8 hours wait for ER. I really don’t know why they name themselves Emergency room when nothing seems really emergent to these dumb hospital staffs

- I highly recommend going to Darnall for giving birth. The labor and delivery/mother-baby unit are incredible! Definitely 5 stars for those departments. All of the doctors and nurses went above and beyond for us. As scary and hard as giving birth is, they made the whole experience a positive one and they took such good care of my husband and I and really made us comfortable therr. I would go back in a heartbeat. - The women's center also has great staff and seems to be pretty well run.- I would suggest avoiding the ER unless you want to sit and wait for HOURS. - I also avoid going to the hospital's pharmacy, because unless you are in uniform you will usually have to wait at least an hour to pick up your prescriptions.

Great place! Everyone is super nice and very helpful always! Never had a problem ever. Post surgery was a great and took great care of me.
