We always try to do business with local vendors, but I'm disappointed to say that Casual Tees' representative "Kim" made it clear that she didn't want our business. I thought to myself, maybe e-mails just seem cold, and she's not REALLY that abrupt. But when we stopped by to ask questions, it became clear that we were an annoyance. Whether she was too busy, couldn't be bothered, or actually couldn't do the job, we'll never know because - although she was clearly visible in her office - she refused to speak with us about the project, and left it to her assistant (who truly tried to be helpful) to relay her curt answers to our questions. Yes, it was a small project, but small jobs can turn into big jobs...And repeat business is a real blessing. Sadly, we'll take our business elsewhere now...and next year...and the year after that.

Casual Tees has provided the ballcaps, tee shirts and sweatshirts that we sell in our gift shop at Curious Kids' Museum for many years. The items are high quality, as are the screen printing and embroidery. On the rare occasion when something wasn't right, Casual Tees, Inc. has gone out of their way to make it right for us. Orders are filled in a timely manner and their customer service is excellent! We have been very happy with our relationship with Casual Tees, Inc. and recommend them highly.

They have good products but their customer service is horrible. After receiving a bulk order of shirts there were a couple shirts that were not the correct color and they refused to redo the shirt to fix their mistake.
