Get ready to give your life, hard work and talent to a place that couldn’t care less for you. Upper management will throw you under the bus defame and slander you if they feel their back may be against a wall. Zero personal responsibility. The good ol’ boy mentality is toxic along with the nepotism issues. HR is not a safe place for employees as it should be. Benefits are expensive and coverage is sub par. The cost increases every year as the coverage gets worse. If you are a hard working, loyal, innovative employee your talents would best be served elsewhere.

This is my first job out of college & I absolutely love it! The people I work with have made the transition from college to the real world so much easier than I ever imagined! I love coming to work everyday - The work we do at catalyst is fun, innovative & motivates me to do better than yesterday. Getting to help other companies reach their goals through trade show marketing is an extremely satisfying feeling.
