Pretty sad when you can’t even call and ask a simple question without having to deal with some rude, unhappy worker. If you hate your job so much then find a new one!! Customer service should be top priority, might want to look into hiring better staff!

I would recommend learning what customer service is and learning the answers to basic questions people have, as this is the business you are supposed to know. It's subpar service- but that's telling of the lack of education here in Oklahoma.

Been to every tag office in Tulsa and surrounding area. This is the best and fastest tag agency around here. I will not go anywhere else. They will take care of you!

In 2018, Glenpool Tag Agency miss labeled my new trailer as a higher valued trailer than it was. How was this done, GTA couldn't find it in their system and just decided to call it something else. I went back to Glenpool Tag Agency in 2019 to get my title corrected, GTA told me, "Oh, that is what OTC calls your trailer". I left and went to Catoosa Tag Agency who promptly fixed my title issue with a simple phone call. Catoosa Tag Agency seems to be more competent, friendly, and a cleaner more organized agency, well done Catoosa. Even though I live in Glenpool, Catoosa will be getting all my Tag Agency business.
