The products I have purchased at Caxton's over the years have been awesome. The service I received today was LESS than good.... the clerk was pleasant, however she was trying to push me into buying glitter which I didn't want. After finally getting the few items up front, she entered my order, then after it was complete, realized she didn't charge me correctly. So cancelled the transaction, then re-entered the purchase. It took way longer than it should have, like an entire HOUR... Hopefully, she was just having a bad day.
