I recently moved to town and have worked with other market research companies. I called C&C to get an overview and the woman put me into her database asking me to follow up in 1 week for a study she had, saying she forgets to call people. Totally fine. One week later on my day off I called at 8am with no answer and no business hours. I called at 9am, same, and again at 10am and same thing. I decided to go in and the woman was on what seemed like a personal call talking about her recovery and daughters suicidal tendencies. After waiting almost 20 minutes she finally helps me. My encounter was RUDE. She first referred to me as a little girl though I'm a grown woman. Then, when seeking clarification because there wasn't a survey like she said, she became more rude saying I can't just walk in and expect something. I was clearly trying to figure out how this particular company works, if it is a walk in place, and since not what the hours are because my calls weren't being answered. Her only response was that she had been there since 8am.This company clearly doesn't go out of their way for customers and even when I did for them, they are EXTREMELY RUDE. Not worth a dollar of your time.
