Client Review on Cedar Design

We choose Cedar Packaging to produce 5000 kits for a well known high street store. They totally messed them up with putting either too much or too little contents in each kit. This led to many complaints and give us a lot of extra admin, not to mention potential damage to our reputation. When we flagged the issue with Cedar their manager Chris Burton and director Paul Martin refused to rectify the problem resulting in our having to place an order for another 5000 from a different provider. Total disgrace. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE.
