Honestly, let me start with the fact that I am an ADVANCED RIDER, the guide Alison was AMAZING!!!!! However, she was alone and doing everything by herself, tacking and cleaning the horses without help. The ride was shorter than we were told it would be and we got off to a very late start due to Alison having to tack the horses herself. I helped as much as she would let me. But, the saddles were rotted from the water and salty air and over use. And the horses were not brushed or washed, they were in ruff shape. Again, Alison did her best and had my saddle not broken on the way back, which lead to me having to WALK BACK; I would have given them at least 3 or 4 stars!!!!! I ruined a brand new pair of Sperry's walking thru the swampy water. She only offered to let me ride her horse when we were about 1000ft. From the stables as I carried the very dirty over used blanket as well. I was very disappointed. And they never told us we would be going thru water until right when we about to go thru it. So, WARNING TO ALL PERSPECTIVE CLIENTS: YOU WILL GO THRU THE PALMIOC SOUND!!!!!!! YOU WILL GET YOUR FEET WET. AND UNTIL THEY PURCHASE NEW SADDLES I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PASSING THIS ACTIVITY ALL TOGETHER.
