Feedback:

I once posted a review saying how great Regus Thorpe Park was. I retract that now. The building has been left to go to ruin. Regus lack of investment, care and consideration for its customers is really telling. The toilets are a disgrace, dirty and rarely clean. The kitchen area has regular failures of equipment. Even some days leaving people without hot water for drinks. And finally, the air conditioning has been broken now for about three years. In the winter it is too cold. We have to resort to heaters on desks. In the summer too warm. Today at 8am our temperature gauge recorded 30c. This is not acceptable. We have complained several times but the Manager, Sharon, does not care. Regus refuse to fix the problem. If looking here, please don’t, you will be better off elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend offices with these guys to anyone. They sell you the 12 month contract when your in they hit you with all sorts of stupid charges and don't stick to the deals they made.

God location just off moterway lots of offices coffee shop and helpfully staff. Limited parking though like most Regus centers

I found them like second hand car salesmen albeit in a well worn sheepskin coat wearing the obligatory sovereign ring. They tried not to inform me I was signing for a years contract and upon asking why, they did not point this out, the crank in Belfast 'Christian Courtney' laughed and said, ' I am now.' I put the phone straight down.I then get a call from a young pleasant lady saying she is Courtney's supervisor: Strange that, as he lists himself as the SALES MANAGER on the LinkedIn site.Basically Regus, from the Belfast office can-not even lay straight never mind being truthful.I suggest you do deals via their UK branches as if you deal from Belfast they are sure to have your pants down.BEWARE:

The staff are great, nice centre, very professional, unfortunately Regus as a company are useless. High staff turnover which means they lose good people probably due to the dire wages they pay the reception girls/guys. 5 out of 5 for the staff 0/5 for Regus as a company

What can I say ...friendly staff always with a smile great to clear away those Mon morning blues , great ammenities, all areas cleaned daily and nice offices oh and a Costa Coffee thrown in for good measure. Great working enviroment.
