Overall Feedback:

Turns out Marcy (currently at cambridge-isanti insurance) was not doing anything while working here and we were charged and extra $2200 a year times the fifteen years that we were with Central insurance and there's nothing that can be done about that so buyer beware... No one checks on the agents!
