Treat the client like their bothering you, really?? May want to contemplate whom is paying your bills...last two years did my irp on line, thought hey heard there's a new plate office close by, think I'll just stop by there... Next year I'll go back to online, No customer service is better than crappy, rude customer service... receptionist is a young snot acting girl....Btw, the customer that needed to receive a fax while at your location,( a service you post a fee for) and was willing to pay for it...But because it didn't directly have to do with his irp plates you told him no!, Why, I mean other than just being rude, you weren't even busy. I was the other customer that was answering questions customers had that you should have been able to answer, but you'd just speak down to them and say "I don't know!"Btw directed him down the street to a place that also has crappy service but in comparison shined to you...Walmart.Disgusting customer service here!!!
