Feedback:

I went in for car loan. I've got 0 credit and a bankruptcy. We talked about secure loans. So I went and used 2000 to get a auto loan for 2000 and have it tied to a dd checking account. Getting denied still wasn't the bad part. I was told on day one I get a call in 24 hours. I went in after 48 hours to check on complications. Missed something on my ID they said gave it to them should of expected a call soon. Waited another day still had to go in and remind them that the car lot only holds car for so long. Waited the entire week to get denied just cause of 0 credit. This was known on day 1. What a waste of time. So now I'm confused the loan had the money to pay it off already I just need make payments to build credit. Banking here for long as I can remember. Never have had issues with banking at centris. Finding it hard to get proper help apparently.

12 year customer The people here are so kind, so helpful, and so patient. Brittney and Chandler especially go above and beyond. I love this bank!

This bank used to be really fast and friendly service. However, something happened and now its actually more slow than Wells Fargo. I Would typically spend about One minute cashing checks in making transactions(super fast). Now it's about 6 minutes or more. I waited 20 minutes last time.

You are required to have a minimum balance of $300 just to use the app for mobile deposits. (Yes, even if a senior over age 55.) Horrible policy, especially for a credit union! I closed both my accounts and went elsewhere!

The employees are super friendly. The banking is top notch, however every time I go I use the drive through and this needs improvement. No matter if I'm the only car or if there are five, there is always a wait. It seem that they are always understaffed. There is one teller up front and one in the drive through. I'm am ask to please wait and they will be right back. To make a simple deposit it can take five minutes.

This is by far the best banking experience I've ever had. I typically go in on the weekends and the staff are so friendly and helpful, even if you catch them last minute or have a complicated transaction. I highly recommend this particular Centris.
