Conniving real estate sales tactics by Century 21 listing agent Laura Staude Flood on 850 Edgewood Pl, Jefferson, WI 53549 when we put an offer on this house. Laura Staude Flood never got back to our real estate agent after asking us to resubmit our initial offer. Three days later our agent calls to see what is going on, only to be told the sellers have decided to accept an offer they JUST got!
