The only worst experience I ever had with a real estate transaction was with this office.After closing the selling realtor/broker at the Three Lakes office "JIM NYKOLAYKO"would continuously call and harass the buyer of a property because of some items left behind by a seller after closing. The home purchase was to include all personal property. This means when you buy a home you purchased all the items with the home. After closing this realtor would show up unannounced to search the property for this item. The seller had people come into the garage after closing and take "anything they wanted " according to one person caught breaking in. They pillaged all the personal items and left only the garbage. Jim keeps calling and now has made it so I am very uncomfortable at my new home. Who knows when Jim will just show up again with his aggressive attitude? I suggest you look elsewhere for a better "ethical " realtor with either buying or selling
