If you ever go here I forewarn you to run from James Bowen! He is the worst agent in the entire universe. Hes a liar, he wont respond to you, he wont get the correct paperwork, and he will show up late to closing looking like he just rolled out of a cardboard box!!! It took over 3 months to close a house with him a full process of over 4 months!!! He and his buddy also do fraudulent appraisals! BEWARE!!
