Search elsewhere if you want a professional experience. Hiring them costed me six months of financial loss. Signed up to sell my desirable condo and after four months of hardly any showings, no open houses and no advertising through mailings, magazines, etc I started to speak up and voice my discontentment with their service. I had given my realtor an original copy of the condo rules and regulations which I paid someone 50.00 to retrieve. She copied them for me and when I fired her after good cause at the six month mark I asked for my condo documents back and she shredded them! Her boss defended this action by telling me well we copied them. Lack of professionalism is buzzing all around the building so don’t waste a trip to this office.
