Recently we sold our home to a realtor/broker. At the closing we told him we may be able to be moved within a week – depends on the weather and our health. The following Friday, we called him saying that we were both sick and it was raining. However, the upstairs was clear but to leave the basement alone. We finally made it to the old house on Tuesday. There were people all over the place and the owner nowhere in sight! The people had plundered through our boat and the basement where my Husband had his stuff stored. The bottom line is that he lost everything he had stored there and also 3 “valuable to us” fur babies. Please be very careful if you deal with this person.
