If you’re looking for assistance in viewing a rental property listed with Debbie Simpson, a broker with this agency, good luck. Although I am unable to comment on this agency, I can comment on their employee Debbie’s customer service or lack there of in regards to the rental properties she manages. After reaching out to Debbie multiple times, via email, texts and calls between 10/23-11/10, if a reply was given at all, it was curt. At one point I also contacted two fellow colleagues who stated Debbie was the only one who managed rentals and was able to show the listings. Both the agent and broker I spoke with offered to reach out to Debbie, I declined this offer. However, Debbie does seem to be available for clients who are interested in the purchase of a home as her auto reply often stated she was with a client. My advice; Perhaps delegate the management of these rental properties to another agent, with not only a more flexible schedule but also someone who has a better understanding of business and acknowledgment of customer service. Or eliminate rentals as there is little or no commission made, making them trivial and a blatant waste of Mrs. Simpson’s time.
