Feedback:

Sellers be on guard. Our experience with our agent was less then stellar. Communication was less then upstanding. We had to make numerous attempts for feedback and updates on how our listing was being marketed. Even after the request for information most times it wasnt given. The listing was with the agent for over a year. As a Real Estate Broker myself I understand this business and customer service. Upon asking to be released from the listing agreement as the agent was not meeting our needs. Upon speaking with the broker she refused to release the listing. Touting her exceptional selling experience and that she would get it sold and make sure communication was there weekly. When asked where this communication was all along, the broker was silent. If a customer is not satisfied with your service give them the option to correct it or allow them to walk away. Holding someone hostage does not benefit either party. If you are thinking about selling with this company make sure to give yourself the option to be released and write in a cancellation clause or list with someone else who actually cares about the customer.
