This review is for Mr. Matt Hautala in response to Niki T.The only reason she is lying about Matt Hautala is because I as a seller cancelled the contract with them. The reason I cancelled is because these buyers signed the contract and we did not hear from them until July 1st. Our attorney and agent Matt kept asking to let us know about the inspection report and when we did not hear back from them, this is when I cancelled their contract. Matt is not intimidating but he is friendly and helpful. Matt is not unprofessional, in fact he is very professional and is the only agent I have worked with that had open houses every weekend from the time I put the house on market to the time the contract was signed. Matt is not rude at all. Matt is not racist either, this is an accusation totally uncalled for. When I was looking to buy a property with Matt, we asked him to show 200+ houses and never once he was unprofessional or unhelpful. When I was buying a house, a contract was cancelled on me but I did not bad mouth the sellers or the agent. Once can check Niki's other reviews and draw a conclusion if she is being honest here or not.

Thank you Muhammad for defending me, it was an absolute pleasure representing you... During my 22 yrs at Century 21 Marino I pride myself in doing the right thing and treating my clients as I would want to be treated. It was a shock to see such horrible language directed at my integrity. I hope Niki T can find happiness, life is too short... The happy ending to this story is... I was able to find a buyer willing to pay $4,000 more with a quicker closing, represented buyer and seller, reduced the commission to 4%, and everyone was better off in the end. So I guess I can say, "thank you Niki T for not responding to us and leaving us hanging."

The guy Mr Matt Hautala is intimidating, unprofessional, rude, racist, worst, unfriendly, obnoxious. Please avoid this guy by all means. I would give zero star if I could.Take your money elsewhere. This guy is not worth it. For sellers- Please dont sell your property with him, or else you will not get any buyers and the house will be forever on sale.
