I can't expess enough how amazing Dawn Perish is!!! She was the nicest person I never met lol. I live in New Jersey and my property was in Winchester TN. The patience this woman has is unbelievable! She was extremely professional, thorough, fast and encouraging when I didnt think my property would sell. I was able to get the best offer thanks to her! I honestly could go on and on about how great Dawn...just trust her and the process! The company is official and my top choice if I ever need a real estate agent again...thank you Dawn xoxoxo
