I used them as a rental agency for my property in Mexico. They were really nice and professional until the contract was signed. They were really rude to my tenate and myself. Also my tenate always paid early before the first and they would wait until the 5th to write me the check. They take out 20% of the rent and pay you the rest. They did nothing but take my money and sign the lease. I found my renters, did the walkthrough etc. I couldn't terminate the contract fast enough after the 3 month waiting period was over.
