This establishment (regency management) has been nothing but rude and inconsiderate. They hardly take care of maintenance, and when they do they argue and complain. They have no consideration for your living. They allowed mice to infest our home for months before they got up to do anything. Even then, they complained and made jokes of the situation. I have photo and video proof of the disgusting mouse droppings. I have video proof of the attitude and jokes that the maintenance man made. Please dont rent or buy from these people. They will NOT take care of you!!! And I advise for century 21 to remove any and all affiliations with this management company.

I have had very poor customer service. Have called and gone by the office to see my manager and she was never available. Left messages on her voice mail and with the receptionist and it took months before we received a response. Even talked to her supervisor and that really didn't make a difference. If you deal with this agency please be sure to take pictures of work requests for your home so you can have proof that you put in the request.

This review is for Regency Management the rental company under Century 21. Malissa our property manager was barely ever available. In the year we lived at the property, every time I called to get a hold of Malissa she was never in the office. Apparently she is the busiest woman in Enterprise, AL. I will say though that the staff there was helpful. Although, Malissa was totally unavailable, every time we called to get something fixed the staff did their best to help us. So maybe Malissa needs to hire an assistant or not take on as many properties. It's really frustrating to keep on calling the office to get something fixed over and over again and the property manager never being there to help with anything. I would rent from this company again if I had to but with a different property manager.

I’ve had a great experience with Century 21 over the past 15 years. I used Fran Claytor to buy my first home after flight school, Billy Cotter to build 3 homes, and Maggie Haas to purchase several rental properties. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a home.

I feel compelled to write a review for the REALTY services I was provided by Century 21 Regency Realty, Inc, as they seem to be confused with the rental company, who is managed by different people. I was in the market to purchase a home in the wiregrass area and was referred by a colleague to work with Sommer Rakes, which turned out to be an excellent experience! She was very personable, attentive to our needs, and found several quality properties which were very close, if not exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, our situation had changed and we were not able to move forward with the purchase. I feel bad about this since Sommer worked very diligently without getting the sale. Thank you Sommer.Overall our experience working with Century 21 Regency Realty Inc. (not the property management company with the closely-related name) was very positive and will work with them again in the future should that situation arises again.

While I was in flight school for the US Army at Fort Rucker, the real estate agency Wiregrass Realty managed a property I rented in Enterprise, AL. While staying there, Century 21 took over the property and never came to inspect how horribly the property was maintained. The rent was inexpensive due to that. I asked for them to visit and inspect the place, and the property manager of 402 Janice St. never came by like I asked. I then had to PCS to Korea and asked the property manager to come inspect the place before I leave because they never came by and I wanted to ensure I had no problems. After I arrived to Korea and left the USA, I got notification from Century 21 stating they had taken my security deposit for renovations of the bad property and proceeded to charge me $200 on top of taking my security deposit. Never will I ever rent or have property with Century 21 Regency Realty. The practice was very shady, especially towards soldiers.

We went to see a house in which we were interested. I paid 70 dollars for the request of the house and when we left the next day to deposit it, she said that someone had rented and they did not call to notify that they had already rented it, my husband went 2 times to notify that we were going to give the deposit of the home and they never said anything to him and then we went and did not want to return the deposit money they are thieves
