Feedback:

We reserved a nice house online that we had stayed in before. Not until we got the email confirmation was there any mention that the dock was not in service. Then after waiting a few days for a 48-hour confirmation call that never came, we called to confirm the reservation only to be told that they no longer had that house anymore. If we hadn't called we might have not known until it was far too late to make other arrangements. I spent most of the following day trying to get someone on the phone regarding this situation. Beyond refunding the deposit, this company was unwilling to do anything to make amends for the huge inconvenience. We used to use this company a lot but after this fiasco we will be looking elsewhere.
