I would not recommend you use this agent to manage your property. They dont get it that they act as your agent not the agent of the person renting. They wont go to court for you unless you pay them a lot up front . They dont bother doing proper exit reports, they dont do proper inspection reports quarterly. They pass the buck around. They are rude to you on the phone when you question why they arnt doing their job. the last three years I have had 3 different tenants in and at the end when they move out it has cost me money and in reflection its because of the way this agent acts . My last conversation with them is about bond money and they paid some one to repair burnt timber decking and the repair guy has never contacted me to do repairs now over 2 months later and the comment from their property manager is well you can just wait your turn like everyone else, totally rude, I told her to cancel their handy man, which I think they have a personal connection with, because why would they pay them for a job when the job has never been done. Now I still have burnt timber decking and no bond money left to repair it with. And the other big thing about using a realestate agent to act as your agent is there is very little you can do to complain about their behaviour to any gov or association department . Its just frustrating. My advice is get a referral from someone regarding how their property manager has treated their property, or it will cost you a lot of money
