I have been doing business with century finance for over 5 years and they always have treated me exceptionally well. Once I bought a car from a dealer which they financed for me with a bad engine. The dealership was going to charge me more than what the car was worth. Century finance had their own mechanic that they dealt with who ended up fixing my car for 3000 dollars less than the price quoted by the dealership and also came with a warranty the other one didn't.Any time I would be late on a payment they call and remind me and if didn't have the money they would work with until I could pay them. For financial company they sure do go out of the way to help some one out.Thank you Matt and Veronica you guys are awesome.

VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED I PURCHASED A 2011DODGE CHARGER FROM THESE FOLKS IN OCT 2018 AND HERE WE ARE IN FEBRUARY 2019 AND EVERY MONTH SINCE TO THIS DAY IVE HAD TERRIBLE PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR. THEY TRIED TO PLACE THE BLAME ON ME AFTER THE SECOND MONTH AND TIL THIS DAY THE CAR IS NOT IN MY POSSESSION DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT HAS ONCE AGIAN BROKE DOWN ON ME. THEY WANT COMMUNICATE WITH ME ABOUT THE CAR AS FAR AS A TIME FRAME OR THE PROBLEM WITH THE CAR ALSO FAIL TO SHOW ME THE CAR FAX ...WELL I FOUND OUT THIS CAR HAD 3 MAJOR RECALLS OIL LEAK COOLIANT LEAK SO THE HEAT WASN'T WORKING THE BRAKES AND ROTORS ARE DESTROYED AND THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM HAD COMPLETELY GAVE OUT WHICH IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS....SO I HAVE EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT BAD BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SATAN TO GO HERE...THE ONE IN ROCKY MOUNT IS WHERE I PURCHASED FROM IN THE BEGINNING AND THEY WERE AWESOME WISH I WOULD OF NEVER TRUSTED THESE FOLKS HERE ....BEST OF LUCK TO ANYBODY ELSE WHO WOULD TRY THESE PEOPLE

I would like to start by saying anyone that has ANYTHING bad to say about century finance is seriously disturbed. Everyone at the Smithfield office is a gift from above. Jeanette has been my angel. Niki and Matt have made a very irritating situation bearable. Ron from the home office is also my angel. So thank you infinity to Jeannette, Matt and Nikki from Smithfield and Ron from the home office. Y’all rock

I have been dealing with century finance for five years first starting with ron and then matt both have done a wonderful job assisting in good and bad times key is communication. I remember one time i was like 5 months behind homeless and struggling for every penny and instead of repo they helped me with catching up the payment. Most finance companies would have came and repoed you after 2 months of being behind. Best finance company to deal withwhen you credit is not to par im writting this not for anyother purpose but for a true testimonial of how they are, if your struggleing with your payment pick up the phone and talk to themthey will work with you as long as you communicate with them. I have recently gotten my credit good enough to go threw the credit union so i hope the dark days are behind me but i have to say if i was dealing with another company i would not of accomplished this goal

Great experience. Mrs. Jeanette Chambers is a great person. Century Finanance is closed on Saturdays, but Mrs. Chambers came in today to help, my husband Carlos Hines with his account. She helped us in so many ways by doing this. Thanks Mrs. Jeanette Chambers.

If I could rate themortgage with zero stars I would. They are all smiles until you are late and they become rude vultures. Stacy and Jeanette have no compassion and no heart. I missed a payment and before I could schedule it is had a passing in my family and they could care less. Jeanette made a comment in regards of my family members death no occuring during the time frame i got behind..so she didn't see the excuse behind me not contacting them..the only person in care to deal with is Matt. The rest need prayer. Stay away from this company!!!

Century Finance in Wilson helped me out last year and I needed them again, desperately, just recently. When all others turned me down, Nikki was a Godsend. All the ladies who work in this office are professional, caring and downright fabulous!!!! I'll send all my friends in need to this office.
