I am giving 1 Rating, because of rude staff members and have NO respect for the tenants. They will not give you even the least preference even though you stayed here for long and is a good tenant. Lot of community is moving out recently and still they are dumb in customer service. A new staff who came weeks ago was good to customers, but hope NOT she won’t be trained by these existing experience staff... LOL Surely rest of the staff needs training in basic customer service and how to be happy ?
