Where do I begin. Let’s start with the owner Sharon. She runs a company which is primarily female employees (which is great) however she treats the men like the are worthless no bodies. She will purposely embrass you in front of others with no regard. Her and her husband are completely unprofessional. They will throw fits yelling and cussing belittling anyone they feel is responsible when in reality it’s due to poor management. Which happens to be her own family members! She has hard working employees that have worked for her for over 15 year with no pay increase. This is a family operated business with that being said there is never room for opportunity due to favoritism. There is no open door policy and no one is treated equally. It truly makes me sick on how she continues to take advantage of hard working people and pays them the bare minimum. To top it off she is willing to lie at any expense to save money instead of doing what’s right!!!

I’am mortified. I have ordered items that never arrived, the timeframe to receive was 4-6 weeks- it’s been 8 weeks and I have still yet to receive it. I contacted customer service, who does not care & tells me I have to continue wait. I’ve been waiting for well over your given time frame!! The lady in charge advised she will call me back in 24 hours, it’s been 4 days- still no call back or email. I have called every day & the reps on the phone are absolutely rude, they talk back and are argumentative. As the previous post stated, you’re hitting a brick wall. No help, zero customer service, horrible company!
