Perfect

Feedback:

Nice people work there, but it seems there's only one technical person who can fix issues with their service. Been paying for the highest level of bandwidth but most often, only get the lowest plan's level. It keeps getting reset to lowest level of bandwidth and only one technician seems to be able to fix it, over and over again. If I had any other choice, I'd switch. I'm very dissatisfied but am stuck due to living in a rural area.

Feedback:

I pay over a $100 a month for very slow, spotty, internet. This month I have not had internet for almost 1/2 of the month and have called several times. I have not received any messages back or credit towards my bill or communication at all. Now the internet went out for a third time and I am absolutely fed up. I work from home and now I have to go to Austin just to get work done. ? not happy

Feedback:

I'm updating my review. I've been without internet for 10 days. Everyone is always very patient and polite. They gave me a discount on my next month. But the ETA keeps changing and it doesnt change the fact that my family has been without internet and I've had to spend quite a bit of money to compensate for the loss. We are a fixed income military family and it has not been easy. I'm grateful that they have attempted to make this right.

Feedback:

Find another provider! I paid for radio equipment 14months ago when starting my service, now I'm being told it needs replacement and only had a 1 year warranty. Magical timing huh? During the past year I've dealt with frequent and unexplained outages, regular drops and tin can & string speeds. What's more is I was told I was the only one on the 'loop'. I'm actively seeking another provider and considering prostituting myself to Spectrum or AT&T just to get service out south 95.

Here's what I picture when I think of C&G Communications...Rickety old trailer with pigs wallowing in the mud, toothless kids running around wearing burlap sacks, momma with her hair in curlers, an old cig in her mouth hanging off her lower lip, 1 inch ash about to fall, pops inside working old used equipment, sending internet out to everyone using some old homemade transmitter strapped to the top of a dead tree!

Feedback:

Good constant internet service with great customer service. My radio was damaged by a power surge, and in 2 days Chris was out to replace and get me back up and running! Thanks CG!

Feedback:

Seems like reliability for their service is a typical issue. I seem to lose connectivity multiple times throughout the week, and no it isn't "maintenance hours" on all these times. Furthermore, it seems like customer service isn't too good either. If you have an issue, call in and expect to leave a voicemail. They will get back to you usually between an hour or two later. It is really difficult to work from home when you constantly have to be adapting to an unreliable wifi service.

Feedback:

Like another reviewer I've had some reliability issues over the years and have had the same plan since joining in early 2013. August 2016 I had to select a new plan since my contract was long expired and my plan was no more. I'd been paying a little over $76/mo and the new comparable plan would be a little over $105/mo. I opted for the next best plan and it's MUCH SLOWER and reliability/outage frequency had at least quadrupled and that's being generous. I'm talking about issues and wait times for email and general web surfing - not watching videos or streaming content.Living in a rural location with no existing cable or phone lines greatly limits internet service options but I'm going to do my best to find a new provider that will give me more reliable service, faster speeds for less than $105/month.

Feedback:

I have enjoyed their service. It has been good. But reliability has been an issue. Internet goes down 2 - 3 times a day. Then they are raising prices more and more. There is no discount to loyal customers who stay with them. I had the same package the whole time. Started around $70, then $87, now they want $100 with a 2 yr contract or $130 month to month. So I have decided to terminate my service and go with a cheaper, faster, and more reliable option.
