I have just had the worst customer service experience (probably ever for me) with this company. You would think it should be simple enough - I order a shirt that is in stock, they ship it to me. I called customer service (after my e-mail to customer service did not get a response) to ask about shipping times with custom embroidery. It turned out embroidery would take too long and asked to just ship the shirt without embroidery and was assured it would ship out that Thursday or Friday. Never received a shipping alert, called again Monday morning and was assured it was shipping out that day and would receive alert. No alert, called again Tuesday morning and said they do not have the product in stock and that the other representatives I have talked with were not able to see that the shirt is not in stock, for some reason only she could. The representative Stephanie was rude and did not care to apologize for the miscommunication and seemed more happy than me to cancel the order and end the conversation.
