Horrible husband & wife operation. We were seeking a high end realtor to secure a luxury cabin for the xmas vacation just for the family. These people never returned phone calls and ignored over 20 emails! After finally getting a hold of them we settled on a $5,000 1 week rental that turned out to be a house for sale with all sorts of ridiculous stipulations which basically stated the house can be sold prior to our arrival and we basically get screwed and have to chase down our full payment while standing on the street a day prior to our arrival. Totally unprofessional operation. They have been sitting on an agreement for weeks that was signed then they decided not to honor the changes we made to protect ourselves. I referred the matter to my attorney who will be filing a report with the Realtor association and governing body and regulators of North Carolina for sanctions.
