I had heard good things about Charcoal Marketing so I met with Mike to see if Charcoal could help. Over a short period of time, Mike, Max and Benjamin made several significant improvements - to our website and to our social media presence. They also initiated affordable and effective online ad campaigns. I am very impressed with the results and would highly recommend Charcoal to others needing this type of help! We use Charcoal Marketing as webmasters for our organization's website. They have been responsive to our needs and have helped us to creatively problem solve on a regular basis. If there are bugs on the site, they are quick to remedy these. We also receive regular and timeline web analytics reports from them. We are happy with our positive and longstanding relationship with Ben and his Charcoal team members.

We (Mattatall Signs Limited) had Charcoal design our new website in 2015. This project was completed on budget and on time. Since the completion of our project we have had requirements for updates from time to time - these have all been completed with only modest billings and quick turnaround. I would recommend Charcoal for their work, and their customer service.
