Brittney and Charlene always does the best things for their clients and is always educating themselves to provide the best guidance possible. I adore Brittney the team is Amazing and genuine. I absolutely recommend her and her Awesome team!

I am so incredibly happy I switched to Charlene Long's State Farm office. I have worked with employee Brittney through multiple situations. (Changing cars coverage's adding drivers ect. ) She is always on top of things and having my best interest in mind. She makes sure I am fully aware of the changes and what is going on with my insurance for my cars. I would recommend Charlene Longs state farm office to anyone.

Charlene Long has got to be one of my favorite people in Utah, despite the fact that she's a Yankees fan! Her friendliness, professionalism, and glorious smile make it a joy to visit her regularly. Charlene is plugged into "the insurance system" like no other and is a wealth of information.She is also extremely dedicated to her clients and I have witnessed her anguish when they are going through difficulty.Charlene is great to deal with on a professional level and, work with on disaster claims she has forwarded to us. "The client is always first, second, and third" seems to be the motto she lives by. Her staff is always friendly, as is her tiny dog Jeter! I love him! We plan on doing business with Charlene and company for many years to come.

I transferred from another State Farm office to Charlene's under the recommendation of a friend. I have spoken with her as well as Brittney and Amanda. All three of them had my best interest in mind when reviewing and talking about my policies. After reading some of these reviews I was a bit wary about this office, but rest assured. These are not ladies that will hike up rates out of the blue (this is something that the state legislature and the Utah Insurance Commissioner decides, not individual offices), but instead will work throughout the day to get the best rates possible. I'd also like to mention that I am not Caucasian and the claim that any of these agents treat people differently based on ethnicity and race is absolutely incorrect. Two of the customers, who were an elderly Asian couple, even stated that they have been with Charlene for over thirty years, and were happy to be with her all this time. If that isn't a glowing reference I don't know what is.Take the unsatisfactory reviews on this page with a grain of salt. Insurance is a very sticky topic for some people. In my experience, I'm glad I have these agents looking out for me. They truly are nice people doing the best that they can.

I deal with Charlene's office on a regular basis. Britney and Amanda are especially great to work with both very friendly and knowledgeable and always eager to help. Charlene's office is great it's a very friendly environment would highly highly recommend anybody looking to change insurance or just get to know some great people to stop by.

They are not on top of things in this office.They removed part of my car-life-renters insurance without checking with me to see if that was okay.They never followed up with me after an accident in which I was found 100% not at fault, which required a refund of a deductible I paid(funny how MONTHS after hearing nothing from them when it went to arbitration, that "they received the check just that day from Progressive"....yea right).The person on the phone did not actually write down my new address for my account...therefore my refund was sent to my old address.Get it together Charlene! I am totally unhappy with your customer service!

Such a great agent. She genuinely cares about making clients happy. She takes care of my auto, renters and life insurance as well as my retirement accounts. She is well educated in mutual funds and helped me understand the needs of being protected as well as being financially secure for the future. Would recommend to anybody!
