Hated the crappy service. The tv programming for businesses is a joke. I had to reset the modem almost every day. Dealing with there customer service was worse than getting poked in the eye. To top it off the sales person, Jason Fast(senior account manager) wouldn't even pick up the equipment or didn't even offer an attempt at a solution after in the beginning telling me that if I have any issues he will be here to assist in whatever way I need him... What a joke!, and by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Good riddance charter! Century link, here I come!

To much run around. I first went to the phone book and they gave me a number to call, and then that number said it didn't deal with my problem, so they gave me another number, and that number didn't work, so I went on internet to get a phone number, no one there to take my call. My mom changed her phone service to Charter, and it has not been a pleasant experience. No phone service for days, her buzzer does not work for visitors to tell her they are visiting. Not a happy camper!!!
